FAQ
How do credits work?
One credit generates one image. You start with free credits. Buy image credit packs only when you need more. There's no subscription. Credits never expire.
What does a credit pack cost?
One-time purchases of 10, 30, or 100 credits. The App Store shows your local price.
My purchase didn't add credits
Reopen the app to trigger a receipt refresh. If credits still don't appear, email support@lokumops.com with your Apple receipt.
What makes a good selfie?
Clear, well-lit, front-facing photo with your face fully visible. Better selfies produce better results.
Why did my generation fail or look off?
Occasionally a generation fails or looks distorted. When we can detect this, the missing images' credits are automatically refunded.
Where are my generated images saved?
Generated images are saved to your device's Photos library. You control what happens to them from there.
Do you keep my selfie?
No. Your selfie is used only to generate your images. It isn't used to train models and isn't sold.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app to remove your local credit balance and cached data. Images saved to Photos remain unless you delete them there.
System requirements
iOS 17.0 or later. Internet connection required to generate images.
