Hemen İngilizce iOS App — Your privacy is our priority
Privacy-first design
Hemen İngilizce is designed to protect your privacy. We collect the absolute minimum data required to make the app work — and no more.
1. Information we collect
We use Firebase Analytics with fully anonymised events (opens, screen views, crashes). We do not collect: your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, location, or any other personally identifiable information.
2. Local data storage
Your learning progress, favorites, and settings are stored locally on your device using iOS's standard storage. This data never leaves your device.
3. Third-party services
We use Firebase Analytics (Google) for anonymized usage metrics. We do NOT use advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, social login providers, or cross-app tracking.
4. No ads
Hemen İngilizce contains no ads. We do not sell your data to advertisers.
5. iOS permissions
The app requests only Microphone (for optional pronunciation practice) and Network access. It does not access Camera, Photos, Contacts, Location, or Notifications.
6. Data security
Since virtually all data stays on your device, the security of that data depends on your device's security. Enable a passcode and keep iOS updated.
7. Children's privacy
The app is safe for all ages and rated 4+. We collect no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
8. Your rights
You can uninstall the app at any time. Uninstalling removes all local data. There is no server-side account to delete.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy over time. Material changes will be noted in the app's About screen.
